The thought of me giving a presentation to a group of people scared me to death, so much so I  would avoid such situations at all costs. I had this fear my whole life and I know it held me back because deep down I knew I had something of value to say, I had ideas I wanted to share but getting it 'out there' was never an option.... UNTIL ... I worked on on clearing the beliefs around my fear and now I can help you do the same.
