Terms of Participation & Waiver

1. I acknowledge that Michelle Fletcher is not a medical doctor or psychology professional, nor is she licensed financial advisor, marriage counsellor or lawyer, nor is she claiming to have any special professional qualifications or designations of any kind. I understand that she is acting as Compassion Key Certified Practitioner and that she has also been certified as a Transformational Coach. Accordingly, I understand that any information or ideas that she shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as medical or psychological advice, professional financial advisory services, legal advice or anything else other than their personal opinion and intuitive guidance. I further understand that if I have a medical or psychological condition, it is advisable to seek medical or psychological advice from a licensed professional in those fields.

2. In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will hereafter receive from Michelle Fletcher, I hereby hold her harmless and any related entities from any and all liability in consequence of such services, information and support given, and I release and waive all claim for damage, as a result of such services, information and support. This release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned. I have read this waiver & release in its entirety before agreeing to it, and I understand its effect. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors or administrators otherwise may have had.

3. I understand and agree that the classes, training, facilitations, live calls and events, question and answer sessions, information, ideas, materials, methods, techniques, frameworks, worksheets, attachments, recorded materials and all related content taught and shared by Michelle Fletcher in any format or setting (hereafter referred to as “The Information”) are designed for my own educational purposes only. I understand and agree that The Information contains copyrighted material and may include trade secrets and other intellectual property that is the sole property of Michelle Fletcher, and that without specific written permission from Michelle Fletcher, the Information may not be reproduced in any manner in whole or in part and may not be shared in whole or in part in digital or non-digital format, in person or over the phone or in any other way with anyone else or in any public or private forums or groups now or in the future.

4. I hereby grant Michelle Fletcher the right to record my voice and/or image (photo or video) at any time during any of the programs I am enrolled in or any events or calls I attend (other than during any private 1-on-1 sessions). I release Michelle Fletcher from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim related to the voice and/or image/video recordings.

5. I understand and agree that if I purchase one or more private sessions with Michelle Fletcher that I need to provide 24 hours notice to reschedule. I agree that if I don’t reschedule with 24 hours notice or if I show up more than 15 minutes late for my session, it will be considered a no show, and I will lose my session and will not receive a full or partial refund for the session.

6. I understand and agree that if I purchase a program or any other service from Michelle Fletcher with a payment plan that such a payment plan is not a subscription I can cancel at any time but is a pre-authorization of a fixed number of payments at a fixed amount. I understand and agree that I am unable to cancel for any reason any future payments that are included in the payment plan I agreed to when I purchased the program or service.

7. I understand and agree that unless specifically advertised and highlighted on a registration page, checkout page or during an information call, there are no refunds or partial refunds on any programs, private 1on1 sessions, packages of 1on1 sessions, or other services I purchase from Michelle Fletcher.

8. I understand that there are no transfers from one group program to another group program.

9. I understand that there may be times when the dates and times of calls and/or events may be changed from the originally advertised and/or originally expected dates and times, and I agree that any such changes will not be grounds for me to receive a full or partial refund for any programs, events or other services I have purchased that these rescheduled calls and/or events are included as a part of. I understand that Michele Fletcher will make a good faith effort to keep to the originally advertised and/or originally expected dates and times, and that if she decide to change dates and/or times, she will communicate any changes as far in advance as possible to the email address I used to register for the event, program or service.

10. I understand and agree that if I join any online communities owned or managed by Michelle Fletcher that I will follow all of the guidelines posted inside of these communities. I understand and agree that if I violate any of these guidelines I may be removed from that specific community or all of the online communities owned or managed by Michelle Fletcher. I understand and agree that if I am removed from one or more online communities, I will not receive a full or partial refund for any programs or services I have purchased from Michelle Fletcher. I understand that Michelle Fletcher will when they see fit provide one or two warnings and opportunities to come into alignment with posted guidelines before removing me or anyone else from any of the online communities, but there may be circumstances where guideline violations are of a specific nature where Michelle Fletcher will remove me or others from one or more online communities without prior warning. I understand and agree that it’s up to the sole discretion of Michelle Fletcher how to handle community guideline violations. For example, sharing other people’s information gathered during live calls or any personal attacks on group members will not be tolerated.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

You are free to refuse my request for this information, with the understanding that I may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services without it.

USE OF INFORMATION
I may use a combination of identifying and non-identifying information to understand who my visitors are, how they use my services, and how I may improve their experience of my website in the future. I do not disclose the specifics of this information publicly, but may share aggregated and anonymised versions of this information, for example, in website and customer usage trend reports.

I may use your personal details to contact you with updates about my website and services, along with promotional content that I believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional content, you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided alongside any promotional correspondence from me.

DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE

If you request your personal information be deleted, or where your personal information becomes no longer relevant to my operations, I will erase it from my system within a reasonable timeframe.

LIMITS OF MY POLICY
This privacy policy only covers Michelle Fletcher’s own collecting and handling of data. I only work with partners, affiliates and third-party providers whose privacy policies align with ours, however I cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

My website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that I have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
At my discretion, I may change my privacy policy to reflect current acceptable practices. I will take reasonable steps to let users know about changes via my website. INFORMATION ABUSE AND COMMUNITY MISCONDUCT
I do not tolerate doxing (publishing of private or personal information about an individual without their consent), cyberbullying, or other forms of information abuse on www.soulinspiredliving.co.uk

If I discover that a child’s personal information has been disclosed on my site without the express consent of their parent/guardian, I will remove the content in question as quickly as possible and effect disciplinary measures (a warning, suspension or ban) on the offending account.
